The method

Motherhood requires strength. Train for it.

12-week 1:1 strength coaching for moms who are done starting over. Kickoff, a real program, written weekly check-ins, film review — not an hour on Zoom every week.

Deadlift in a small gym.

01

Start

Goals, schedule, equipment, training history. You send a few lifts on video. We figure out what “stronger” means for this season of motherhood — not a fantasy 6-day split.

02

Build

Consistency before heroics. Individualized sessions you can finish in 30–45 minutes, 3-ish days a week, home or gym. The point is showing up with a plan.

03

Load

Progressive overload on purpose: more weight, more reps, or a cleaner lift. This is the part random Instagram workouts skip.

04

Own it

The goal: leave with the knowledge and confidence to keep training after the 12 weeks end. Confidence under load, and in the rest of the job — car seats, kids, a life that did not get quieter.

This isn’t the right fit if

  • — Looking for medical care, a diagnosis, or rehabilitation
  • — An injury or symptoms that should be seen by a healthcare provider first
  • — Still in postpartum rehab rather than general training
  • — Want a bounce-back or rapid weight-loss program
  • — Currently pregnant — this program isn’t prenatal coaching
  • — Just want a download-and-done workout with no coaching
